The Engineering Apprentice will support the technical and operational growth of our Nove Mesto coupling manufacturing plant. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial setting, spanning manufacturing, quality, commercial, and product engineering functions. The apprentice will collaborate with global engineering teams and local departments to implement world-class manufacturing practices, support product engineering projects, and gain exposure to real-world engineering and cross-functional challenges in a globally integrated environment.
Job description
Create job work instructions for existing and incoming equipment and processes.
Create and implement world-class manufacturing and quality control processes.
Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce.
Photograph, document, and communicate quality issues, manufacturing processes, and rebuild activities.
Assist senior engineers and other local department leaders with various improvement projects.
Organize, analyze, and summarize data.
Our offer
Hourly salary 5,50€.

Above average interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with a technical background, commercial aptitude, and interest.
Strong mathematical or mechanical aptitude.
Can effectively function in a multi-functional and team environment.
Ability to adjust to varying priorities and project lists.
Previous experience with rotating equipment (ex. couplings, pumps, generators, turbines, etc.) and using industry standards such as AGMA, API, ISO, and ANSI preferred.
